non-surgical lip and wrinkle treatment

My Story

Hi, I’m Angela Kelso.

I started my nursing career in 1989 training as a Registered General Nurse at Glasgow’s Victoria Infirmary, where I qualified in 1992.

I have over 28 years’ experience within the medical profession, and I still currently work within the NHS as a community nursing practitioner in East Ayrshire.

I trained in facial aesthetics in 2006, and went on to develop a passion for enhancing people’s appearance whilst using non-surgical techniques.

Also in 2006 I was one of the very few nurses in Ayrshire and Scotland, to obtain my Independent and Supplementary Prescribing Qualification, This allows me to carry out a precise face to face consultation, offer advice on the best suited treatment tailored to each individual in order to achieve a natural and aesthetically pleasing result, prescribe the required medication and carry out each treatment personally. This is all in line with the new prescribing guidelines set out by the NMC in July 2012.

Non-surgical

non-surgical botox

I have a special flair and creativity for non-surgical procedures such as wrinkle relaxing injections (botox®), lip augmentation and dermal fillers for wrinkles and deeper folds. I've performed many botox and dermal filler treatments and have many satisfied customers who return for further treatments. In particular I have years of experience in injection technique. The experience and skill of the injector is vital to achieve the optimum results with little or no discomfort. Also I have myself experienced the procedures which I offer to my clients, as I feel this is vital in order to explain and advise how each procedure will feel and the look that can be achieved.

Kilmarnock clinic

Since new legislation became effective in April 2017 , I have chosen to be based within Clinic 22, 2 College Wynd, Kilmarnock KA1 1HN. Clinic 22 is a registered Health Improvement Scotland (HIS) Clinic , which means we are fully regulated and can ensure treatments are carried out to the highest standard within an HIS approved environment , and as a practitioner working within Clinic 22 I am registered to continue to offer clients a very high standard of treatment.
